Our Technology

We develop the successful open-source project ProGuard and the cutting-edge security product DexGuard. Usingcompiler technology,obfuscation,encryption, andoptimization techniques, we makeJava andAndroid applications smaller, faster, and more resilient to reverse engineering and tampering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve our existing code base.
• Research, test, and implement additional code hardening techniques.
• Support customers in using our software.
• Continuously improve code quality through extensive testing.
• Stay up-to-date with reverse engineering practices.

Profile

• Master's degree inComputer Science (or similar).
• Experience in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge ofJava.
• Experience with Linux.
• Interest inlow-level programming and debugging practices.

Useful Skills

• Knowledge ofcompiler technology (Java bytecode, complex application processing), or knowledge ofobfuscation oroptimization technologies.
• Knowledge ofinformation security.
• Experience withreverse engineering and the commonly used tools.
• Familiarity withAndroid and Android build tools: Gradle, ProGuard...
