If you're about to graduate, a recent grad or beginning your career in psychology, education, child development, special education, or a related field, FirstSteps is an opportunity to gain meaningful hands-on experience while building a career working with children.

As aBehavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in a supportive, play-based environment. You'll help children build communication, social, independence, and everyday life skills while developing practical skills in behavior, learning, and individualized intervention.

No ABA experience? That's okay. We'll teach you.

You'll receivepaid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing support from experienced clinicians as you learn the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and develop the skills to grow in the field.
