We’re hiring aParalegal to work directly with our Head of Legal and take ownership of the day-to-day legal work that keeps the business moving.

This is not a purely administrative role. We need someone who can independently handle routine legal work, stay ahead of deadlines, and know when something needs to be escalated.

What you’ll own

You’ll work across several areas:

• Corporate Governance – Draft Board Resolutions, Secretary Certificates, Minutes, and maintain corporate records across multiple entities.
• Regulatory Compliance – Prepare and track statutory and financial submissions and make sure deadlines are not missed.
• Contracts – Review and redline vendor, customer, and employment agreements using established templates and playbooks.
• IP Support – Work with Product and AI teams to gather information, conduct initial research, and assist with IP applications.

What we’re looking for

We want someone who hasalready done this work, not someone looking for their first exposure to it.

You should be comfortable working independently on standard matters, following through with different teams when information is missing, and recognizing when something falls outside the playbook and requires the Head of Legal.

We’ll care less about how much legal terminology you know and more aboutwhat you have personally owned.

A contract you independently reviewed?

A deadline you managed from start to finish?

A process you improved?

A situation where you knew something needed to be escalated?

This role will suit someone who isorganized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership without constant follow-up.
We’re specifically looking for experience in corporate governance, regulatory submissions, and contract review.
Experience withIP, SaaS/technology companies, legal technology, or process automation is a plus.
