About the team: 

As part of our Workforce Solutions team, you will help shape the tools, data, and go-to-market strategy that power how ClearanceJobs delivers for its customers. You'll work at the intersection of Workforce Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Analytics, turning front-line market and user insight into product direction. The team partners closely with the group behind AgileATS, our core applicant tracking platform, and with the teams building our Workforce Intelligence capabilities. 

About the role: 

As a Senior Director, Workforce Solutions, you will be a critical cross-functional leader,  the connective link between front-line Workforce Solutions delivery and the teams building and bringing to market the products that power it, including our Workforce Intelligence capabilities and the AgileATS platform.

This newly created role ensures our product and platform investments are shaped by real front-line market and user insight, and drives the go-to-market and revenue strategy that turns Workforce Intelligence into a true differentiator for Workforce Solutions. 

Once hired, you will: 

• Assess the current Workforce Solutions go-to-market approach and operationalize it — standing up clear SOPs and accountability to get the delivery team back on track, driving goal attainment, productivity, and alignment with industry-standard benchmarks.
• Oversee the data migration and implementation of AgileATS within our own Workforce Solutions ecosystem.
• Build strong working relationships with the Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams driving Workforce Intelligence.
• Establish a structured feedback channel with the AgileATS Practice Leader and Product & Engineering team.
• Begin translating front-line market and user insight into product requirements and business cases.

As you progress in the role, you will: 

• Play a lead role in shaping go-to-market and revenue strategy for Workforce Intelligence offerings.
• Become a recognized thought leader representing the Workforce Solutions perspective in product and platform planning.
• Establish a repeatable model for surfacing market and user insight into the product roadmap.

What you bring to the team: 

Required: 

• Strong analytical orientation, able to translate front-line insight into clear product requirements and business cases.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or Marketing teams to shape roadmap priorities, positioning, or go-to-market strategy.
• Hands-on fluency with a workforce or applicant-tracking platform as a daily power user, with the ability to translate usage into structured feedback for a product team.
• Strong understanding of the Workforce Solutions market and customer base.
• Recognized subject-matter expertise in recruiting within the GovCon/Public Sector space, with the ability to connect real-world industry challenges to concrete use cases for product development.

Preferred: 

• Direct experience using AgileATS or a comparable applicant-tracking/workforce platform.
• Experience with pricing or revenue strategy for technology-enabled workforce offerings.
• Experience representing user or customer perspective in product governance or planning discussions.
