The Opportunity

• No cold calling
• No door knocking

Our inside team handles the scheduling —you focus on closing deals and making money.

You’ll meet homeowners who already need help and guide them toward the right HVAC solution.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners across theTuscon (pre-set appointments)
• Build trust quickly and identify customer needs
• Present and sell HVAC systems and solutions
• Explain financing options and close the deal
• Complete accurate job documentation for installation teams

Compensation & Benefits

• $125,000 – $350,000+ OTE (uncapped commission)
• Paid training to get you ramped fast

What We’re Looking For

• ProvenB2C sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
• Strong closing ability in ashort sales cycle
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening

Schedule

• 5 days per week with rotating weekends
• Evening/weekend availability based on customer demand
• On-call as needed
