WHAT YOU’LL DO

• 新規ビジネスの開拓: クライアントにアプローチし、Value Sellingを実践しながら契約の締結を目指します。BDRチームと連携しながら、潜在的な顧客の特定からアプローチ、商談、契約締結までのプロセスを一貫して担当します。
• 市場開拓と戦略の策定: 日本市場におけるBrazeのブランド認知を高め、ターゲットとなる企業リストを作成・管理し、営業戦略を策定します。市場トレンドを分析し、最適な営業戦略を立案・実行します。
• 関係構築と顧客管理: 顧客との長期的な関係を構築し、顧客のニーズを深く理解することで、信頼関係を築きます。
• 部門連携: マーケティングチームやプリセールス、カスタマーサクセスなど幅広い部門と連携し、「One Team」として営業活動をリードします。
• レポーティングと成果の分析: 営業活動の進捗を追跡し、成果を分析します。定期的に報告書を作成し、戦略の調整や改善策を提案します。

WHO YOU ARE

• 3年以上の Saas 営業としての Value Selling の経験 (日系、外資系は問いません)
• 営業目標に対して逆算するプランニングスキルと、必要なアクティビティを実直に、諦めずに実行してきた経験と数字への強い意欲
• CRMシステムの使用経験 (Salesforce.com CRMまたはその他のCRMツールを使用して営業パイプラインを管理した経験が必須です)
• ステークホルダーやクライアントとの効果的なコミュニケーションスキルや、プレゼンテーションスキル
• 新しいクラウドアプリやツールへの迅速な適応能力
• また下記の要素をチームと共に育む意欲
