Systems Test Engineer - Manual/Automation

As Systems Test Engineer - Manual/Automation you will be responsible for;

• Execute and evaluate system-level manual testing across robotic platforms.
• Develop tools and automation frameworks to reduce manual test execution.
• Convert existing manual test cases into automated test suites.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and recommend scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, controls, and networking teams.
• Support validation efforts across multiple integrated systems.
• Analyze test results and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications;

• 5+ years of testing, quality engineering, or SDET experience.
• Strong background in system-level testing and validation.
• Experience converting manual testing processes into automation.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Understanding of software, hardware, controls, and networking interactions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications;

• Robotics industry experience.
• Experience with automated test infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled testing tools.
• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

The ideal candidate takes initiative, drives solutions independently, and is comfortable getting hands-on with both software and hardware from day one.

Salary Range: $90K-$130K

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
