Job Summary

The Conversion Crew provides support to the Operations departmentbyassisting with event setups,conversions, general facility maintenance, and daily operational tasks. 

Essential Functions

• Physicallyassist with event setups,conversions, and daily operational tasks. 
• Assist theAssistant ManagersofOperations,ConversionCrewLeads and EventManagerswithrelevant event/operationrelated information. 
• Workwith  Supervisorstoestablishday to day tasks for department. 
• Perform facility operational tasksrequiredtomaintain the facility on non-event days. 
• Otheroperationalresponsibilities anddutiesasassigned.  

Required Qualifications

• High SchoolDiplomaoritsequivalency 
• 0-2years ofrelated work experience 
• Working knowledge of operations equipmentincluding: forklifts, pallet jacks, utility vehicles, staging, trussing, hand tools, power tools,etc.  
• Must beable to worknights,weekends, andholidaysas eventschedulerequires 
• Ability to execute and meet deadlines as well as functionin atimely manner 
• Ability to workas a team andaccuratelyfollowinstructions  
• Ability to complete tasks withgreat attention todetail 
• Ability to lift 30 lbsunassisted 
• Ability tolift upto75 lbs with a team member 
• Ability tocommunicateeffectivelyin English 
• Excellenttime managementskills andability toprioritizespecifictasks 
• Strongorganizationalskillswithability tomulti-task andeffectivelymaneuverbetweenfunctions.  
• Forkliftcertificationnotrequiredbutstronglypreferred 
• Bi-lingualproficiencyinSpanishpreferred 
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Knowledge of and/orprevious work experience in sports and entertainment preferred 
• Knowledge of general safety practices 

Required Qualifications

Payscale:$21.53 per hour

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits: Part-time: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
