Roofing Repair Assistant
Overview:As a Roofing Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of commercial equipment and systems. Responsibilities:- Conduct routine inspections and preventative Maintenance on commercial equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functionality.
- You will be scheduled to go to multiple service calls each day. Review scope, investigate leaks, solve problems and report back to the service manager
- Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Before, during and after photos on EVERY job.
- Reporting back to service manager during and after each job
- Working in a timely manner + maintaining quality of work to reduce call backs.
- A+ customer service when on job site.
- Commercial roofing experience required
- TPO, Metal, Tile and Shingle experience required
- Must have valid driver's license. Must pass 3MG Insurance requirements to drive vehicle.
- Strong attention to detail and reporting experience is required
