Salary: 30 - 40 LPA
We are looking for a resource who can provide Jira Atlassian Support Services for the below scope.
Scope Overview
- Jira Cloud Enterprise administration and operational support with 6 - 8 years of relevant exp.
- Bug and Work Request management support
- Incident triage and resolution
- User provisioning and access management
- Workflow, dashboard, and automation support
- Jira Service Management (JSM) support
- Integration monitoring and troubleshooting
- Atlassian vendor coordination (if required)
- Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization support
- Reporting and SLA management
- Phase 1: 5x21 coverage for approximately 2 months post go-live
- Phase 2: Transition to 5x8 support model
- Offshore delivery - Global Foundries, Bangalore
- Hybrid work model (3 days from office)
