To help you think about where you would add value, here’s how we operate.

• OurOperations Machine is made up of Customer Support, Customer Success and Customer Data. This team ensures our customers are served exceptionally well and that our systems run smoothly at scale.
  
• OurRevenue Machine focuses on Sales and includes Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives. 
  
• OurEnablement Machine includes Finance, People, Founders Associates and Executive Assistants. This team enables the rest of the business to operate effectively and sustainably.
  
• OurTechnology Machine is made up of Product Managers and Senior Software Engineers who build and continuously improve our platform.
  
• OurJem Mobile Machine includes Operations Managers and the team responsible for running and scaling Jem Mobile.
  
• And finally,Jem X is our AI division, focused on building and implementing AI-powered solutions both internally and for customers.
