Project Manager – ELV / IBMS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedProject Manager – ELV / IBMS to manage end‑to‑end execution of ELV projects, includingCCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and overallIBMS integration. The role will be responsible for project delivery, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manageELV / IBMS projects from design to commissioning.

• Handle projects involvingCCTV, ACS, FAS, and integrated building management systems.

• Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, and execution strategies.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.

• Monitor project progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and timelines.

• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and resolve technical / site issues.

• Ensure adherence to contractual, technical, and safety requirements.

• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience inIBMS / ELV project management.

• Strong exposure toCCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, and ELV integrations.

• Experience inlarge commercial / IT parks / residential / industrial projects preferred.

• Good understanding of ELV standards, system architecture, and coordination with other services.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Education

• BE / BTech / Diploma inElectrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related discipline
