About The Job:
  • Client is seeking an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development.
  • The ideal candidate will lead technical design discussions, guide the team in best coding practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a dynamic agile environment.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable microservices using Spring Boot and Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver APIs and integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and secure development principles.
  • Drive performance optimization, system scalability, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical leadership in solution design.
Qualifications:

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency inJava 8+,Spring Boot, andMicroservices Architecture.
  • Deep understanding ofRESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience withCI/CD pipelines,Docker, andKubernetes (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience withSQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity withCloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Required

  • Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Java-based development.
  • Proven experience in leading a team or playing a technical lead role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
