Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (AI Focus)

Location: Hartford, CT 06156 (Need Local Candidates)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate:$30-$35

Job Summary:

We are looking for aJava Full Stack Developer with AI exposure who can work on enterprise-level applications and handle end-to-end development. The role requires strong backend and integration experience along with the ability to work on both minor enhancements and large-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintainfull stack applications using Java technologies
• Work onbackend services, APIs, and system integrations
• Participate inPI planning, design discussions, and client interactions
• Write clean, scalable code and supporttesting and deployment activities
• Work on projects involvingAI/ML or Generative AI concepts
• Troubleshoot issues and ensurehigh performance and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in anenterprise environment

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience inJava Full Stack Development
• Strong hands-on experience inJava, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Experience withfrontend technologies (React or Angular)
• Good understanding ofbackend systems and integration services (REST APIs, web services)
• Exposure toAI / Machine Learning / Generative AI concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working inenterprise-level environments
• Exposure tocloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Familiarity withAgile / PI planning processes
• Ability to handleboth small enhancements and large development projects independently
