Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and modern microservices patterns.
• Define and develop data mappings and end-to-end integration flows, with proficiency in developing data products.
• Design and implement secure, scalable APIs following OpenAPI standards and best practices.
• Containerize applications and develop deployment pipelines for cloud-native environments.
• Build cloud-optimized and resilient applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, DevOps, frontend developers, and product owners, to deliver features end to end.
• Ensure adherence to software development standards, design patterns, secure coding practices, and engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices development using AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture, API management, RESTful API development, and integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native application development on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in containerization, DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Bicep and Terraform.
• Experience with modern build, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, engineering principles, and secure coding practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
