Job description:
We're looking for a AI Engineer to help build our ML platform and the infrastructure behind our AI employees. You'll need a deep understanding of AI, and from day one you'll own real projects and shape the future of Jarmin.
**In any given week you'll be:**
* Improving ML pipelines, training models, or building new agentic capabilities
* Designing & building complex backend systems
* Putting out whatever fire just flared up
* Taking a feature from idea to production (UX, build, & ship)
* Building new internal tools so we can move faster
* Hacking quick prototypes to find out if they're useful
**Ideally you:**
* Turn vague problems into clear action items
* Ship code constantly
* Geek out on the newest AI tech/trends/ideas
* Enjoy diving into problems you've never seen before
* Hold a high bar and own the quality of everything you touch
* Love in-person team culture (we're in San Francisco)
