Job Description

• Leading preventive maintenance 
• Assuring required spare parts inventory level 
• Translating breakdowns events into required preventive maintenance program 
• Initiating equipment modifications for enhanced reliability 
• Defining maintenance standards & procedures

For this role as a Maintenance Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field. 
• 6 - 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including Engineering roles 
• Min of 4 years in a people leadership with strong focus on development of  teams 
• Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, in safety and quality as well. 
• Project management experience including leading a project 
• Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes. 
• Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM (prerequisite), Lean and 6 Sigma.
