Job Description
- Leading preventive maintenanceÂ
- Assuring required spare parts inventory levelÂ
- Translating breakdowns events into required preventive maintenance programÂ
- Initiating equipment modifications for enhanced reliabilityÂ
- Defining maintenance standards & proceduresÂ

For this role as a Maintenance Manager, weâre looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- University Degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or other related field.Â
- 6 - 8 yearsâ experience in a manufacturing environment (strong preference in FMCG) including Engineering rolesÂ
- Min of 4 years in a people leadership with strong focus on development of  teamsÂ
- Experience of change management within the plant to improve organization performance, in safety and quality as well.Â
- Project management experience including leading a projectÂ
- Strong understanding of budgeting with good understanding of financial processes.Â
- Profound knowledge and experience of Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM (prerequisite), Lean and 6 Sigma.Â
