TheField Representative Development Program is your launchpad into a highâimpact career at Caterpillar. Over1 to 2 years, youâll get handsâon experience, worldâclass training, and a frontârow seat to how we partner with our CatÂŽ Dealers to serve customers worldwide.Â
Program Details:Â
Start Date: February 1st, 2027Â
Locations: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with international travelÂ
Work Format: Full time (40 hrs / week), primarily onsite 5 days per weekâŻwith domestic and international travel throughout the program. Travel requirements will vary by program and assignment.Â

What to Expect / Structure of the Program:Â
đ1. Training in a cohort â Your First 3 Months: You will kick off your career in an immersive learning experience where you will:Â
- Travel across the Europe, Africa, Middle-East and Central Asia region to visit Caterpillar offices, CatÂŽ Dealers and customer sites to dive into Caterpillar products, services, and industry strategiesÂ
- Build influential communication and leadership skillsÂ
- Connect with a global network of peers + mentors Â
- Gain a deep understanding of what makes Caterpillar⌠CaterpillarÂ

Rotational Assignments (12-24 months): Following the cohort training, you will complete a series of rotational assignments designed to broaden your experience and prepare you for a future field-based role. Rotations may be based in your home location, involve domestic travel, or include international assignments depending on business needs and development opportunities.Â

Program Qualifications:Â
- A degree inEngineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field â or equivalent experienceÂ
- Ability to travel internationally 50â70% depending on assignmentsÂ
- Willingness to live abroad for up to 3 months for training/rotationÂ
- Fluent in English and ArabicÂ
- A valid passport and the ability to obtain the required visas for international travelÂ
- Analytical mindset: enjoy diving into data, spotting trends and turning insights into actionÂ
