Senior B2B Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Specialist who can turn strategy intoreal pipeline and revenue. Someone who understands that great marketing isn’t noise - it’s about connecting the right message, to the right people, at the right time, and clearly articulatingbusiness value.

You’ll ownB2B LinkedIn content, KPIs, and campaigns, while working closely withSales, Business Unit Managers, and technical teams to translateIT delivery, AI solutions, enterprise integration, and managed services into compelling, business-oriented marketing.

This is ahands-on, data-driven role. You’ll analyze what works, cut what doesn’t, and continuously optimize.

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to B2B marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
• Create and executeLinkedIn-focused, multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads
• Translate complexIT and delivery capabilities into clear business outcomes
• Manage campaigns end-to-end: awareness → MQL → SQL → sales handoff
• Track and optimize KPIs (engagement, leads, conversion, pipeline impact, ROI)
• Build dashboards, analyze performance, and run experiments to improve results
• Support sales withbusiness-focused messaging, collateral, and case studies

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, consulting, or IT services
• Strong experience withLinkedIn content and campaigns (organic & paid)
• Proven ability to createbusiness-oriented, value-driven marketing, not just awareness
• Solid understanding ofIT services, delivery models, and how technology creates business value
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with CRM, analytics, and performance reporting
• Experience withAI tools to scale content creation and optimization
• Proficiency withCanva or similar tools
• Excellent written and spokenEnglish
• Senior-level ownership,positive, proactive, team-first attitude
