Restaurant Manager | Hotel Belvoir | Springfield, VA

What You’ll Do:

Overseeing all the functions and employees of the hotel restaurant, the Restaurant Manager position is no small potatoes. From administrative duties to creating promotional items, the Restaurant Manager’s responsibilities run the full course to ensure that our guests walk away from their meals satisfied and wanting to return while creating unforgettable experiences. 

• Here are some of the tasks you’ll be completing daily:
• Interviewing, hiring, training, and the scheduling of outlet employees.
• Responding and reviewing customer comments and feedback.
• Implement company programs and manage the operations of the various outlets
• Create and implement promotions, displays, buffet presentations and ideas to capture in-house guests and a larger share of the local market.

Where You’ve Been:
You have at least 4 years of experience in the food & beverage industry and at least a year’s experience in a management position. Most importantly, you’re someone who has excellent problem-solving skills, works well in a team, and is able to perform under pressure.
