Building Technician II

Full Time, 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday

Job Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must have a valid SC driver's license.
• Must have worked in the Building Tech, Level I position for at least one (1) year.
• Must have the ability to do physical activities such as lifting, climbing ladders, crawling in tight areas and extensive mobility. Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions. Have a general understanding of Life Safety codes.
• Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of hospital's electrical, HV AC, and plumbing systems.
• Computer keyboard knowledge. Good positive communication and people skills. Must have a good knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
