P/T Floor Staff

Responsibilities

• Supervise the fitness area: Ensure equipment is used properly and safely and intervene when necessary.
• Assist members: Answer questions about equipment, classes, or general fitness guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness: Wipe down machines, organize weights, and report any maintenance issues.
• Enforce rules: Monitor behavior to ensure safety and respect among members.
• Lead or support activities: Sometimes help with group classes, orientations, or special events too.

• CPR or first aid certification (often required)
