• Ensuredetailed,accurate,andcompliantaccountnotesareenteredintothebillingsystemforallbillingactivities.
• Maintaincompleteaudittrailswithinbillingsystemstosupportclaimprocessingandreimbursementvalidation.
• Ensurerequireddocumentationisproperlyattachedandmaintainedforcomplianceandauditreadiness.
• Reviewdocumentationforcompletenessandaccuracypriortoclaimsubmission.
• Supportinternalandexternalauditsbyprovidingrequesteddocumentationandclaimhistoryrecords.
• AdheretoallCMS,HIPAA,Medicare,andorganizationalcompliancerequirements.

RevenueCycleSupport

• Collaboratewithbillingleadership, external andinternaldepartmentstoimproveoperationalefficiencyandreimbursementoutcomes.
• Maintainproductivity,quality,andcompliancestandardsestablishedbymanagement.

Qualifications

Education

• HighSchoolDiplomaorGEDrequired.

Experience

• Knowledge of excel preferred.
• Experienceworkingwithskillednursingfacilitiesandhospiceproviderspreferred.
• Medicare billing experienceisaplusbutnotrequired.

• Billing knowledge is a plus.
