Part-Time Bistro Attendant | Courtyard by Marriott | Willoughby, OH

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests
• Prepare and serve breakfast items during our busier morning shifts
• Prepare, cook, and serve lighter food offerings during evening shifts
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
• Take guest orders, operate the POS system, and handle payments
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Stock supplies and keep the Bistro organized and guest-ready
• Multitask and assist wherever needed to provide an excellent guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a bartender, cook, Bistro associate, or in food and beverage is a plus
• Basic cooking and food preparation skills preferred
• Bartending knowledge or experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, reliable, and professional with a strong focus on guest service
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a food and beverage position
