Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Henry Ford Health, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring that patients and their families receive the support and education they need. What You Will Do
- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and their families.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred.
- New graduate RN preferred.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
