Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Paid Media to lead its global performance marketing function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing high-performance paid media strategies across multiple international markets.

The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, and marketing analytics, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and campaign performance through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy

  • Develop and execute the company's global paid media strategy.

  • Manage large-scale performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, and Programmatic channels.

  • Optimise campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, and customer acquisition.

  • Lead ongoing testing and optimisation of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

  • Develop advanced attribution and measurement frameworks.

Technical & Performance Optimisation

  • Oversee tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, Server-Side GTM, and Conversion APIs.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to improve attribution, reporting, and performance measurement.

  • Identify new growth opportunities through testing, automation, and emerging advertising technologies.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Paid Media team.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Data teams to achieve commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Proven experience scaling high-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple markets.

  • Strong expertise in Programmatic Advertising and Real-Time Bidding.

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, Server-Side Tracking, and Conversion APIs.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using performance data to optimise ROI.

  • Previous experience leading and developing Paid Media teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience within iGaming or other high-risk digital industries will be considered a strong advantage.
