## IT Support Engineer (L2)## The RoleThe Role==========Customer-facing L2 IT Support Engineer position predominantly working on Incident and Request Resolution for our Managed Services Customers. Responsible for responding to alerts across various monitoring solutions for Infrastructure and Security. Attending client sites when required and working with Senior L2/L3 Engineers to highlight improvements and risks in customer environments.## Requirements==========- Minimum of 3-4 years in an IT Support or Managed Services Role.- Strong experience in desktop support, hardware deployment and troubleshooting.- Demonstrable troubleshooting and technical support skills.- Exposure to Server, Network and Security Infrastructure.- Experience supporting and an understanding of: - Microsoft 365 Services - Microsoft Entra - Microsoft InTune - End User Devices (Workstations and Laptops) - Wireless Networking - Firewalls (Policies and Logging) - Switches & Routers - Windows Server Platforms - Backup Solutions - Remote Management Tools (e.g. Datto RMM)
