Description
Day to Day tasks to be performed by candidate include:
- Provide CONNECTIONS user support via in-person, email and telephone
- provide direct, on-site instruction to individual users and small groups
- provide instruction on newly released functionality
- deliver presentations to line staff
- monitor compliance with data entry requirements
- review training materials
- provide technical assistance with data warehouse
| 1 | 36 months of experience providing IT support to users. |
| 2 | 36 months of experience providing implementation support services. |
| 3 | 18 months of experience providing onsite systems support in a child welfare environment. |
| 4 | 18 months of experience in training staff in a child welfare application. |
| 5 | Bachelor's Degree |
