Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT professional with experience in software development, support, testing, cloud, data, infrastructure, or enterprise technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting technology solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications/systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and team members.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Follow security, compliance, and organizational standards.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and production activities.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and application architecture.
• Experience with one or more programming languages/frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps, or automation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred.
• Knowledge of security and performance optimization practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
