- Experience recruiting technical talent including software engineers, architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals, DevOps engineers, and IT infrastructure specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through candidate start date.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source and engage technical talent through multiple channels and recruiting technologies.
Advise hiring managers on labor market conditions, compensation trends, and talent availability
Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for technology positions.
Utilize recruiting analytics, funnel metrics, time-to-fill data, and pipeline health metrics to drive hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within recruiting systems.
Deliver a high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.

Required Qualifications

Experience recruiting for technical positions such as:
- Software Engineering
- Cloud Engineering
- Data Science
- Cybersecurity
- DevOps
- IT Infrastructure
Strong understanding of:
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Modern technology stacks
Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to source, attract, and assess technical talent.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience withWorkday ATS
Experience withEightfold CRM.
Experience with sourcing tools such asLinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or similar platforms.
