IT - DTD - Project Coordinator II
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactiveProject Coordinator to support the assessment of acquired business sites and remediation of gaps, ensuring infrastructure, technology, and related processes align withClient's security standards.
This role will coordinate activities across security, technology, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure assessments progress, findings are documented, remediation activities are tracked, and stakeholders remain aligned. The Project Coordinator will maintain momentum across multiple workstreams by tracking actions, identifying gaps and dependencies, driving follow-up, and ensuring accountability.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate assessment and remediation activities across acquired business sites.

Manage cross-functional activities involving technical, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, remediation logs, schedules, and status reporting.

Track assessment activities, findings, decisions, dependencies, risks, and remediation actions through completion.

Establish clear owners and target dates for actions and consistently follow up to drive accountability.

Coordinate discovery activities to understand current-state security compliance at acquired locations.

Identify missing information, unresolved questions, gaps, and dependencies that could prevent assessments or remediation activities from progressing.

Schedule and facilitate working sessions, stakeholder discussions, and project status meetings.

Document decisions, action items, owners, and next steps, ensuring timely follow-through.

Work with technical teams and SMEs to translate remediation requirements into trackable activities.

Maintain visibility into progress across multiple sites and proactively escalate risks, blockers, overdue actions, or decisions requiring leadership attention.

Prepare concise project status updates highlighting progress, upcoming activities, risks, and areas requiring attention.

Help establish consistent processes and documentation for assessment and remediation efforts across acquired businesses.
Required Qualifications

2+ years coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Proven ability to manage multiple activities, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs, schedules, or other project documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to facilitate meetings and translate discussions into clear actions and decisions.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting cybersecurity, information security, infrastructure, risk, compliance, or remediation programs.

Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or acquired business environments.

Familiarity with security assessments, compliance requirements, risk remediation, or technology discovery activities.
