Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Delivery management
- Report and track on project performance and health to achieve business value
- Drive project delivery according to client processes and procedures
Requirements:
- The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
- Experience leading delivery within large enterprise IT environments
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, including executive-level status reporting and escalation management
- Ability to manage scope, schedule, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Ability to assemble project plans, direct and monitor work efforts, ensure business value is delivered, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Monitor and manage project RAID logs
- Determine staffing requirements and formation of project teams
- Leverage project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks
- Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors
- Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical and business topics in a clear and relevant way
- Develop and distribute project schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
- 5 years of IT Delivery lead experience
- At least 2 years of leadership experience and project management
