Summary:
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Location: Stockton or San Ramon
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and propose system solutions for business and IT organizations.
- Act as a strategic partner and business and technical liaison.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications.
- Develop project scope and provide recommendations on alternative solutions.
- Lead and partner with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate IT processes to business clients and vendor partners.
- Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs.
- Define and document business requirements for complex projects.
- Evaluate and document alternatives for effective solutions to business problems.
- Create and review design and technical specification documents.
- Comply with SOX and other standard process requirements.
- Prepare and review test plans and perform quality reviews of test results.
- Mentor Associate and Career-level team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of job-related experience with CC&B or similar Oracle platform.
Preferred Skills:
- Utility industry experience.
- Experience as Project Manager, high complexity.
- Minimum 9 years of job-related experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis.
- CCBA-certification of Competency in Business Analysis certification.
- CBAP-Certified Business Analysis Professional certification.
- CC&B Specialist certification.
