What You Will Do
• Receive, inspect, store and manage hardware inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate new hire equipment fulfilment to ensure employees receive hardware on time.
• Process returned assets and manage hardware recovery activities.
• Support break/fix requests by preparing replacement hardware and coordinating asset movements.
• Configure laptops, network equipment, security tokens and other hardware devices.
• Prepare and ship hardware in accordance with Client policies and shipping procedures.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate data within Client systems.
• Produce operational reports and provide regular updates on inventory and operational performance.
• Work closely with Client's outsourced logistics provider to coordinate shipping, receiving and inventory activities.
• Maintain a safe, organised and compliant working environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot routine operational issues and escalate where appropriate.
• Support material planning, inventory control and day-to-day operational activities.
• Build effective working relationships with colleagues across Manufacturing & Distribution and other internal teams.
What You Will Bring
Required
• Experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, supply chain or a similar operational environment.
• Approximately 5–7 years' experience is preferred, although candidates with relevant transferable experience will also be considered.
• Experience managing inventory, hardware assets or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving and distribution processes.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to follow documented operational procedures accurately and consistently.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to provide professional support to internal stakeholders.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to prioritise multiple activities within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs where required.
• Experience supporting desktop hardware, PC repair or hardware configuration.
• Experience using Client applications or similar enterprise inventory or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with parcel carrier systems, transportation networks and shipping procedures.
• Experience working with outsourced logistics or warehouse providers.
