Work Location: Fully Onsite - 5 days per week
Candidate Location: No South Carolina residency required. Open to nationwide candidates; must be able to work eastern time zone hours. All travel-related costs for onsite work will be the responsibility of the resource, regardless of the frequency of onsite work.

Scope of the project: 1) PUBLIC-FACING DASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT
2) PERFORM DATA ANALYSIS AND DATA-DRIVEN INSIGHTS TO VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS
3) DEVELOP AND SUPPORT CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT (CRM) SYSTEMS
4) CREATE DETAILED DOCUMENTATION THAT FACILITATES THE USE AND FUTURE
MODIFICATION OF DASHBOARDS

Daily Duties / Responsibilities: PERFORM DATA ANALYSIS ON REAL ESTATE, FLEET METRICS, AND FINANCIAL DATA TO
SUPPORT ADMIN MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES UTILIZING TOOLS SUCH AS EXCEL,
TABLEAU, MS POWER BI, R, PYTHON, SAS.
· PERFORM DEVELOPMENT IN DATABASE ENVIRONMENTS SUCH AS MS SQL SERVER
MANAGEMENT, AZURE SYNAPSE, OR SIMILAR ENVIRONMENTS.
· ASSIST WITH SUPPORT OF TABLEAU ENVIRONMENT AND ASSOCIATED PUBLIC-FACING DASHBOARDS.
· PERFORM DEVELOPMENT AND/OR SUPPORT IN CRM SUCH AS SALESFORCE, ZENDESK,HUBSPOT.
· PARTICIPATE IN OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE AND METHODOLOGIES SUCH AS WATERFALL, AGILE, SCRUM, LEAN, DEVOPS.
· PROVIDE DATA-FOCUSED STRATEGIES WHICH ADD VALUE TO ORGANIZATION AND
PROMOTE EFFICIENCY.
Required skills (must include years of experience, in order of importance):

1. TABLEAU DEVELOPMENT AND
DEPLOYMENT
2. POSSESS WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF
DATABASE PRINCIPLES AND DESIGN
3. CRM DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT
Required Education:
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, MATHEMATICS,
ENGINEERING, OR RELATED DISCIPLINE
