This is not an active vacancy. It is an ongoing talent pool forSouth African recruitment professionals.

We are building a pipeline of variousQualified Recruiters to be considered for remote, US-based opportunities as they become available through our clients. When a role opens, we will reach out directly to candidates whose profiles are the closest match.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Recruitment administrators and coordinators

  • Talent acquisition professionals with niche industry experience

WHAT WE TYPICALLY LOOK FOR IN RECRUITERS

  • Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience (agency or internal)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable working US business hours (EST/CST alignment)
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools is advantageous
  • International or BPO exposure is a plus, but not a requirement

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS

All roles are fully remote. Candidates must have:

  • Fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) - Wi-Fi only will not be sufficient
  • Reliable backup power to manage loadshedding (UPS, Invertor, Generator, etc.)
  • A dedicated, professional workspace
