ISS STOXX is seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO. This full-time position is based in Rockville, Maryland and plays a critical role in supporting the effectiveness and productivity of the CEO in a fast-paced, global business environment.
The Executive Assistant will manage a highly dynamic schedule, coordinate complex domestic and international travel, prepare executive communications and presentations, support Board and Leadership Team activities, and ensure the seamless execution of the CEO's day-to-day priorities. This individual will be expected to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and maintain exceptional attention to detail while operating with urgency and discretion.

This role requires a high degree of flexibility and in-person partnership with the CEO. While the position follows a hybrid work model of four days per week in the office, the Executive Assistant should be available to provide in-person support whenever required and adjust working hours as necessary to support executive priorities, events, travel schedules, and business-critical activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated executive support to the CEO, serving as a trusted partner and strategic gatekeeper.
- Manage a complex and rapidly changing calendar, balancing competing priorities and ensuring the CEO's time is optimized.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and travel logistics.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate executive meetings, Board meetings, investor meetings, Leadership Team meetings, town halls, and other strategic events.
- Prepare, edit, and format presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive communications.
- Track key action items, deliverables, and deadlines while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Arrange virtual and in-person meetings across multiple time zones.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling, travel, and administrative challenges.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and adaptability in a fast-moving environment where priorities frequently shift.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support to other members of the Leadership Team when participating in CEO-related meetings, travel, events, and initiatives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a global organization, financial services, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex schedules and rapidly changing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgment, maintain confidentiality, and build effective relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Professional presence, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional extended hours, to support business and executive needs.

Location: ​Rockville, MD: Located in the vibrant King Farm community, convenient access to transit (1 mile from Shady Grove Red Line), dining, green spaces with free parking, and access to an onsite gym.
Base salary: The Rockville, MD expected base pay range is $110,000- $150,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education. The role is bonus eligible.
