Sales Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the Sales Teams in the preparation and booking of license agreements in Salesforce, managing the entire opportunity lifecycle, including entry, modifications, and cancellations.
- Quality Control: Act as the point of control to ensure accurate booking and documentation of sales in Salesforce based on signed contracts.
- Renewal Monitoring: Keep an eye on overdue renewals, send reminders to Sales Teams about updating the status of pending renewals, and assess business risk exposure.
- System Enhancement: Collaborate with the Salesforce Development Team to recommend system improvements and identify existing issues.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports and other ad hoc reports to support business insights.
- Project Participation: Engage in various projects within the finance organization to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills. A proactive personality, high motivation, and the ability to work independently are key.
- Bonus Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
