ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position BARTENDER for CRYSTAL CRUISES!

Bartender ensures the efficient operations of all bar lounges, bars, restaurants, special events and all Guest areas, where beverage service activities take place. Bartender is responsible to create a friendly, guest-oriented service culture to ensure Guest satisfaction.

Conditions:

Work in top level, 5* cruise company, luxury segment
Medical insurance provided during contract
Flight paid to ship and to a home address after completed contract
Free food and accommodation
Free uniform
Joining expenses: reimbursed upon completion of first contract.
STCW: reimbursed upon commencement of second contract.
Contract length 5-6 months with following 2 months of vacation.

Responsibilities:

To greet Guests in a professional manner and to provide them with prompt, courteous and friendly food and beverage service in public rooms, lounges, open decks and bars.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, manuals, directives and appearance standards at all times.
Takes orders from guests or Bar Servers. Asks for appropriate identification to determine minimum drinking age.
Prepares all beverages, strong understanding of deferent alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.
Serves wine and draught or bottled beer in the appropriate glass or fashion.
Ensure proper cleaning (as per USPH / Shipboard Sanitation Program standards including logs and labeling), maintenance and storage of equipment in assigned bars, pantries and / or lockers in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
Report any maintenance issues to assigned supervisor and follow up on work orders until completed.
Other responsibilities as assigned, not limited to the above.

Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a luxury international hotel property as a Bartender or (2) years of experience in the luxury cruise industry as a Bartender (Cruise ship experience is preferred).
Must have strong beverage knowledge.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Good interpersonal and public communication skills.
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills are required together with an eye for details.
Must possess the ability to interact with all levels of people while communicating in an effective, yet diplomatic fashion.
Needs to have an outgoing personality and possess a positive attitude, maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times even under pressure using their knowledge of Crystal Basics.
Vaccination Covid-19 mandatory with WHO approved vaccines
Minimum 21 years old.
