Job Description:

Compensation,Incentives&SegmentationAnalytics

• Analyzeagencycompensation,incentives,productivity,andsegmentationtrendstogenerateactionablebusinessinsights.

• Monitorcompensationgovernance,packagevalidations,compensationeligibility,andfinancialreporting.

• Managecompensationreconciliations,referralbonuses,recruitmentpackagereporting,andrelatedanalytics.

• Developandenhanceagentsegmentationframeworks,productivitydiagnostics,andmovementtrackingacrossagencytiers.

• ServeasthekeycontactwithFinanceandRegionalOfficeoncompensation-relatedinitiatives.
   

IncentiveDesign&BudgetManagement

• Supportthedesign,modelling,andimplementationofcompensationschemes,recruitmentpackages,andincentiveprograms.

• Conductcost-benefitanalysis,financialsimulations,andROIassessmentsfornewinitiatives.

• Manageagencybudgets,accruals,packagespending,andfinancialgovernance.

• PartnerwithFinanceonbudgeting,forecasting,expensemonitoring,andyear-endplanning.
   

CampaignStrategy&BusinessAnalytics

• Designandevaluateagencycampaigns,contests,andincentiveprogramsusingdata-driveninsights.

• Conductcampaignperformanceanalysis,behavioralanalytics,andROIassessments.

• Developexecutivedashboardsandmanagementreportstomonitorbusinessperformance,segmentationmovement,andincentiveeffectiveness.
   

FinancialPlanning&Forecasting

• Leadfinancialforecasting,businessmodelling,andscenarioanalysisforagencyinitiatives.

• Preparebusinesscasesandmanagementreportstosupportstrategicdecision-making.

• Monitoragencyfinancialexposure,accruals,budgetutilization,andcompensationtrends.
   

Governance&StrategicProjects

• Drivereportingenhancements,processimprovements,andfinancialgovernanceinitiatives.

• Actasasubjectmatterexpertonagencycompensation,incentives,andfinancialanalytics.

• LeadtheincentiveandcampaigngovernancecomponentsoftheAsiaAgencyOperatingGuidelines.

• Supportstrategicagencytransformationandbusinessgrowthinitiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,Business,Economics,Statistics,ActuarialScience,DataAnalytics,orrelateddisciplines.

• 10+yearsofexperienceinfinancialanalysis,compensation,incentivemanagement,businessplanning,ordistribution/agencyanalytics.

• Strongfinancialmodelling,budgeting,forecasting,anddataanalyticsskills.

• AdvancedExcelproficiencyandexperiencewithPowerBI,Tableau,SQL,orotherBItools.

• Strongstakeholdermanagement,projectmanagement,andproblem-solvingcapabilities.

• Insuranceorfinancialservicesexperienceishighlypreferred.
