Introduction
We are seeking an Officer 3 – Corporate Administration to deliver corporate secretarial and administrative support for fund clients. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting governance activities, and delivering high-quality client service while collaborating with global stakeholders and maintaining operational efficiency.Â
What you’ll do
- You’ll coordinate and deliver day-to-day corporate secretarial and administrative support for complex fund clients in line with SLAs and internal policies.
- You’ll ensure compliance with company law, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements to maintain the good standing of client entities.
- You’ll manage client deliverables including board meetings, minutes, board packs, regulatory filings (RCS, RBO, UBO), and audit support activities.
- You’ll collaborate with internal teams and Luxembourg stakeholders, act as a key point of contact, and support junior team members’ deliverables.
- You’ll drive quality, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency by reviewing processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining systems and workflow tools.

About you
- You hold a CS qualification with 4+ years of experience in corporate, company, or fiscal law.Â
- You have strong knowledge of corporate secretarial practices, fund structures, and special purpose vehicles.Â
- You have hands-on experience in board governance, preparing board materials, attending meetings, and regulatory filings.Â
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Â
- You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
