As part of Iptor's Finance team, you will partner with business leaders to provide financial insight, support strategic decision-making, and help shape the future of Finance. Beyond traditional FP&A responsibilities, you will play a key role in introducing AI-powered solutions into financial processes, acting as the bridge between Finance and our Technology and AI teams.

YOUR HELP AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR JOURNEY

Financial Planning & Business Partnering

• Deliver monthly financial reporting with a focus on sales performance, recurring revenue, and key business trends.

• Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

• Support month-end closing activities and provide meaningful financial insights to leadership.

• Contribute to budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and variance analysis.

• Monitor sales performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting

• Produce ad-hoc financial analyses for stakeholders across the business.

• Develop and enhance reporting solutions using Excel, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI platforms.

• Work with large datasets to improve reporting accuracy and business visibility.

• Support continuous improvements to financial models, databases, and reporting processes.

Finance Transformation & AI

• Act as the primary link between the FP&A team and Technology and AI teams.

• Translate Finance business requirements into technology and data solutions.

• Support the implementation of AI-powered tools for financial planning, reporting automation, and analytics.

• Participate in project scoping, testing, rollout, and change management activities.

• Champion innovation and encourage the adoption of smarter, more efficient Finance processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Finance, Sales, IT, Product, and Operations teams.

• Ensure Finance requirements are represented in technology initiatives and roadmaps.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions and international teams.

• Present complex financial information in a clear and business-focused way to non-finance audiences.
  

YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWDIF YOU HAVE

To be both successful and motivated in this role, we think you recognize yourself in some (or all) of the below:

• Experience inFinancial Planning & Analysis andFinance Business Partnering.

• Strong knowledge ofbudgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and P&L review.

• AdvancedExcel skills and experience withBI tools such asPower BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.

• Understanding ofmonth-end close processes andaccounting principles(IFRS or local GAAP is an advantage).

• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Experience working withfinancial reporting tools.

• Confidence working withlarge datasets andfinancial models.

• Strong communication andstakeholder management skills across Finance and Technology teams.

• Curiosity andenthusiasm for AI, automation, and emerging Finance technologies.

• A proactive,solutions-oriented mindset with a passion forcontinuous improvement.

• High attention to detail, stronganalytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.

• Professional Englishlanguage proficiency.
