As aCoordinator Marketing Specialist, a typical day will include:  

• Promotes awareness of brand image internally and externally.   

• Makes telemarketing calls andoffers return vacation packages, book sales presentations and invite Owners and guests tospecial events. 

• Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately andcompletely; answer telephones usingappropriate etiquette. 

• Assign lead calls or emails to Sales Executives based on online rotation.  

Guest Experience and Company Standards 

• Welcome and greet guests andanticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Ensureadherence to quality expectations andstandards;identify recommended, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational quality. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become a Coordinator Marketing Specialist:  

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.   

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extendedperiod of time. 

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to10lbs withoutassistance. 

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policyin accordance with applicable legal requirements.
