• Manage a Team of Supervisors to meet the Targets and to have under controlCONTRACTORactivity
• Support together Engineering to solve technical issues referred to design, installation, or testing
• Manage properly the applicable standards and ensure compliance
• Can drive the transition fromCONSTRUCTIONtoCOMMISSIONINGstage
• Manage the relationship and targets withCONTRACTOR
• Produce proper report about targets, achievements, identifying weaknesses and challenges withCONTRACTOR
• Identify critical activities and deviations, providing solutions
• Enforce ProjectSAFETYrules and values
• Lead by the example
• Be familiar with the standards in force inSaudi Arabia or Aramco's standards
• Master the activity at the level of a complete package

Engineering/Diploma degree

Duration - 1 year, renewable

6 days a week work in Jubail

5 rotations allowed with a budget allowed for flights, depending on country of origin
