TheNWP Pipeline HSE Supervisor is in charge ofmonitoring/supervising contractors’ activities during constructions.

With the support of theHSE Superintendent,HSE Supervisor willadvise and assist the Company Site Team ondaily basis management.

Themain focus of the role is to ensureHSE risks are properly evaluated and controlled by thePackage team and its Contractors and to providehigh standard HSE support toprojects, fromconstruction to start-up.

Leadership

  • AssistCompany Site team and Contractors in the implementation ofrisk analysis, incidents management, permit to work process, and industrial hygiene implementation.
  • PromoteHSE culture onsite safety talks and deployment ofHSE tools i.e.,Program "0 Fatality" (Safety Green Light, Life Saving Checks, Joint Safety Tour), Stop Card, Safety and Sustainability Moments, World Day for Safety celebration.
  • Ensuressimilar programs and tools to be deployed by theContractors on their own worksites.

Risk Management

  • SupportEnvironmental Studies on site with appropriaterisk assessments andPermit to Work system.

Health and Environment

  • Assist theSite Medical Doctor to implement theCompany Health Plan, Medical fitness procedure, MEDEVAC procedure, participate toaudit and inspection of camp facilities.

Contractor and Suppliers

  • SuperviseContractors activities and ensure they are carried in compliance with theHSE plans, HSE bridging documents, Risk Assessments duringcontract execution.

Competency and Training

  • Participate to theHSE induction/orientation.

Emergency Preparedness

  • Assist theHSE Superintendent andPackage HSE Lead toset up, test, and continually update the Emergency plans.

Incident Analysis

  • Follow up on regular basis,Contractor Action tracking list resulting fromincidents, anomalies, drills, HSE audits, and inspections.
  • Participate in thereporting and investigation of incidents and anomalies.

Audits and Inspections

  • Participate inSite inspections and audits as scheduled.

Performance Improvement

  • AssistHSE Superintendent and thePackage HSE Lead organizingSite HSE Committee Meetings.
  • Report daily basis toHSE Superintendent.
  • Assist thesite team in the use of thereporting tools.
  • Hard Skills
    • Education:Minimum 5 years working experience in ahigh hazard industry, i.e.,Construction, Oil & Gas, onshore plant.
    • Professional HSE qualification atDiploma / Degree level minimum.
    • Knowledge of HSE culture tools and programs.
    • Highly proficient in spoken and written English.Spoken and written Arabic is a plus.
  • Soft Skills
    • Ability to impulse positive change.
    • Exemplarity and open communication.
    • Conflict resolution.
  • Languages
    • Fluency in English;knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

  • TotalEnergies signedagreements in Iraq to enhance the development of the country’snatural resources.
  • TheGGIP project, located in theBasra region, is a5-in-1 project:
    • Associated Gas Upstream Project Phase 1 (AGUP1):
      • EnhanceRatawi oil field production throughinfrastructure upgrades and anew export pipeline.
      • Includesgas export and processing facilities (AG25).
    • Associated Gas Upstream Project Phase 2 (AGUP2):
      • EnhanceRatawi oil field production to 210 kbpd with anew CPF andadditional development wells.
    • Gas Midstream Project (GMP):
      • Valorize gas fromRatawi, Majoon and Al Qurna West-2 (Phase I) oil fields.
    • Common Seawater Supply Project (CSSP):
      • Majorwater-injection project supporting thelong-term production of several fields in South Iraq.
      • TotalEnergies will be involved in theseawater treatment plant construction.
    • Solar Power Plant (SPP):
      • Majorsolar project with a1250 GW DC PV plant.
      • Will produce1000 GW AC power to beinjected into the grid.
  • AGUP Phase 2 is themajor full field development project:
    • Involves drilling approximately221 wells.
    • Feeding anewly built CPF according toTotalEnergies standards.
    • CPF capacity:210 kbopd.
    • Oil production:
      • 60 to 80 kbopd from Yamama reservoir (~100 MMscfd).
      • 150 to 130 kbopd from LP reservoirs (~30 MMscfd).
  • AGUP2 project objectives:
    • Maximizeeconomic results.
    • Maintain focus onCAPEX optimization.
    • Ensuretechnical quality of installations.
    • Maintain highH3SE requirements and focus.
  • Project development includesseveral interfaces with other projects, mainly:

    • AGUP Phase 1
    • GMP
    • CSSP

    These interfaces shall be managed in anoptimized and agile manner.

  • Thecountry context is complex due to severalfactors and risks that need to bemitigated throughout the project.
  • Particular attention will be given to:
    • Enhancement of safety culture.
    • Local content development, which will be akey success factor for the project.
