Jetty Supervisor (Oil & Gas)

We are currently looking for an experiencedJetty Supervisor to support amajor offshore energy project in Suriname.

The Jetty Supervisor will oversee safe, compliant, and efficient quayside operations at the logistics base.

The role will cover vessel berthing, loading, backloading, lifting activities, material movements, berth readiness, and coordination with key stakeholders including Vessel Masters, Marine, Shipping, Planning, HSE, Warehouse teams, and third-party contractors.

Key responsibilities :

• Supervising quay, jetty, and wharf operations
• Ensuring compliance with HSE, site rules, and lifting management requirements
• Coordinating vessel movements and quayside activities
• Managing operational resources such as riggers, banksmen, and stevedores
• Reviewing and validating operational documentation, including cargo manifests, MSDS, delivery notes, DG declarations, and certificates of conformity
• Supporting offshore logistics activities across development, production, exploration, and appraisal operations

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in:

• Offshore logistics and marine operations
• Quayside, jetty, wharf, or port supervision
• HSE standards and safety procedures
• Lifting operations and material handling
• Vessel loading and backloading coordination
• International, English-speaking working environments

• Location: Suriname
• Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
• Duration: 3 years
• Working language: English
• Expected start: August 2026
