Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Product Designer with strongUX/UI skills to contribute to the design of a technical Business-as-Code andworkflow orchestration platform.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and user research to information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and implementation support. You will design experiences thathelp technical users understand, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot complex workflows and distributed processes.

You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product stakeholders, and subject-matter experts to transform technical concepts, system states, and large volumes of information into clear and intuitive product experiences. This is a highly autonomous role that requires strong product thinking, curiosity, and the ability to balance usability, information density, and the needs of expert users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience inProduct Design, UX/UI Design, or similar roles

• Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate with software engineers and othertechnical stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle

• Experience designingmonitoring platforms,dashboards,administrative tools, or interfaces containinglarge volumes of data

• Proven expertise ininformation architecture and organizing complex information into intuitive user experiences

• Advanced proficiency withFigma, including design systems, components, variables, and reusable patterns

• Strong interaction design skills, including experience with multi-step workflows, stateful interfaces, and complex user journeys

• Experience owning product design decisions independently or working as the primary designer within a product team

• Strong experience designing complex B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or data-intensive products

• Strong English communication skills – MinimumB2 level proficiency. C1 preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience designing developer tools, observability platforms, workflow management systems, infrastructure products, or internal engineering tools

• Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, workflows, logs, and system monitoring

• Previous exposure to software development, frontend or backend technologies

• Experience designing workflow builders, node-based interfaces, process diagrams, or other complex visualizations

• Experience designing troubleshooting, incident-management, or error-resolution experiences
