We are looking for aMid-Level Ruby on Rails Engineer who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of core backend platforms that support business-critical workflows, collaborating closely with Product, Design, Data, and Operations teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

You will help maintain and improve backend systems, optimize performance, participate in architectural discussions, and break down complex initiatives into incremental deliverables. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy collaborating with teammates, contributing through code reviews and pair programming, and gradually taking ownership of larger technical initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience withRuby on Rails

  • Experience withobject-oriented programming languages.

  • Experience working withModel-View-Controller (MVC) frameworks.

  • Solid understanding ofrelational databases.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience participating incode reviews, pair programming, and collaborative development practices.

  • Ability to decompose technical and business requirements into actionable development tasks.

  • Strong communication skills and interest in growing technical leadership capabilities.

  • English communication skills – MinimumB2 level proficiency.
