IT Infrastructure Financial & Portfolio Planning Analyst

We are looking for anIT Infrastructure Financial & Portfolio Planning Analyst to join our team and support a leading banking organization in driving IT financial planning, portfolio governance, and infrastructure project management. In this role, you will contribute to IT portfolio planning, CAPEX budgeting, financial monitoring, resource planning, and portfolio reporting. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will help ensure infrastructure investments are aligned with strategic priorities while supporting efficient project execution and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate CAPEX budget planning, approval, execution, monitoring, and reporting
• Prepare and monitor the annual IT Infrastructure CAPEX budget
• Collaborate with budget owners to ensure timely procurement activities and project readiness
• Perform cost optimization and infrastructure sizing for hardware, software, and licensing requirements
• Manage purchasing activities through SAP Ariba
• Monitor Purchase Requisitions (PRs) throughout the procurement lifecycle
• Support IT demand evaluation and quarterly planning activities
• Maintain and monitor the IT Projects Portfolio Roadmap
• Participate in IT resource planning and allocation activities
• Perform feasibility and impact assessments for new initiatives and business demands
• Prepare portfolio reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective portfolio governance and project delivery

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT or banking sector
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• IT Financial Management
• IT Demand Management
• Project or Portfolio Management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and portfolio tracking
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational and planning skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Ariba
• Experience with CAPEX and IT financial planning
• Experience with IT portfolio governance and project roadmaps
• Experience in infrastructure planning or enterprise IT environments
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes
• Banking or financial services experience
