Primary Function of Position:Â
Proper storage and removal, including the transport of goods and materials, as well as ensuring the supply of production materials, auxiliary materials, and operating materials.Â
Roles and Responsibilities:Â
Execution of complex SAP transactionsÂ
Masters all standard processes associated with the warehouse and supports other team members with problemsÂ
Training of team members and traineesÂ
Support in the creation of new Kanban cycles in cooperation with production planningÂ
Is able to create and present presentations Â
Independent processing of small projects in compliance with the respective time specifications Â
Support in the planning and execution of an inventoryÂ
Assisting in the creation or modification of work instructionsÂ
Independent collaboration in system changes related to SAPÂ
Information and clarification of inquiries regarding material movements with the corresponding internal departments (e.g. logistics / QM)Â
Compliance with materials management policies and processes, including First In/First Out (FIFO)Â
Maintaining a safe, clean work environmentÂ
Compliance with the camp regulationsÂ
Compliance with environmental regulationsÂ
Comply with corporate, regulatory, and security policies and proceduresÂ
Maintaining a safe, clean work environmentÂ

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:Â
Successfully completed High School or vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist and experience in the warehouse sector or a comparable qualification with at least five years of task-related professional experienceÂ
Possess a valid certificate, professional qualification for driving forklifts and at least a second group of electrical safetyÂ
Good knowledge of the Kanban systemÂ
Good knowledge of common MS Office software as well as an ERP system (preferably SAP)Â
Good communication and documentation skills in English language.Â
Willingness to wear gloves and ESD shoes in a clean roomÂ
High accuracy with a focus on quality Â
Good knowledge of materials management Â
Understanding the requirements of handling dangerous goods Â
Ability to effectively present information to other employees, managers, in one-on-one meetings and small group situations. Â
Ability to report on quality issues and suggest simple process improvements.Â
